Her career as Coach and Trainer started at The Boston Consulting Group ten years ago, where, based in Zurich, she was Alumni Relations and Career Services Manager for EMEA. She supported hundreds of candidates in transition to get the best of their careers within and outside BCG. Working with Belen means no space for procrastination and being ready to take transformational steps towards a more fulfilling life; gaining in focus and following strengths and passions in order to get meaningful results.

 

Her coaching and training is based on the premise that executive leaders are pathfinders, they see possible futures that are aligned with a deep sense of purpose, and they do create impact, including mobilizing others around their vision—. She supports clients’ capacity to be present and aware, and to take full action, even in the midst of extreme chaos.

 

Belen works both on one-on-one sessions and group sessions. She facilitates training in different topics related to leadership skills and career development. Two years ago she finished a one year Leadership Program from The Coaching Training Institute and as a result she is working on her quest that focuses on Women and Youth Leadership.

A typical coaching session with her includes powerful questions, breathing and calming exercises (Belen is a yoga and meditation instructor), challenging assignments and tools that enhance transformation and hold the space and accountability to move action forward. Her trainings are dynamic and based on experiential learning. She likes to describe them as “Creating from Self” experiences, where participants discover their own internal tools and their impact on their different business and personal relationships.

 

Belen holds a Master in Communications and Marketing from UCUDAL, Uruguay, studied Negotiation at Harvard University, Economics Journalism at Columbia University and Logistics at Universidad Pompeu Fabra, Spain.

 

She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from The Coaches Training Institute, USA, she studied Business Neuro Linguistic Programming in Switzerland and Career Transition Coaching at Meyler Campbell, UK. She is certified with The Leadership Circle, a 360-feedback tool that measures and assesses Leadership. She is fluid in Spanish, English and German. She is from Uruguay, holds an Italian passport, is married with a Swiss and has been living and working in Dubai for the past six years.
